Hogue Cellars – The people at Hogue, including General Manager Wade Wolfe (pictured), Gary and Mike Hogue, and many others were great to work with.		Charmer Industries – Charles Merinoff (pictured), president of the 2nd largest wine and spirits distributor in the US, has been an important supporter of the SR Management approach.

Pepper Bridge – The new Pepper Bridge venture's goal is to create the finest red wine in the world from the grapes of Walla Walla Washington. Pictured are RG and the other partners.		Fries Family – Doug and Jo Ann Fries are creating a family winery with operations in both Washington and Oregon. They are taking what each does best and bringing it to market.
